What is closet.ai?

closet.ai is a fashion-shopping app and website for Lebanon. It shows 42,384 pieces from 41 brands in one place, re-read every morning.

It is not a store, a wardrobe organiser or a virtual try-on app. You search, filter by your size and open a piece on the store's own page to buy it.

What does closet.ai do?

• One catalog. 42,384 pieces from 41 brands that sell in Lebanon, among them Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull&Bear, Oysho, Mango, Women'secret and the Azadea and eshopGS brands.
• Re-read every morning. Prices and stock are read from the stores' own websites each morning. They can be out of date by the time you order, and the store's price at the moment of ordering is the one that counts.
• Sizes that fit. Enter your measurements and closet.ai turns them into a size for each garment, so you see what is left in yours.
• One bag for all the stores. You check out at each store, one after another. Zara's own cart is filled in one tap.
• Alerts. On Andrea, your phone tells you each morning if a size you want is back or a price dropped.

How is closet.ai different from the other Closet AI apps?

Several unrelated products have a similar name. ClosetAI describes itself as a wardrobe styled by AI, ClosetAI (closetai.net) as a wardrobe assistant that organises your closet and suggests outfits, and AI Closet as an app where you upload your clothes and get outfit ideas. They are made by other companies and have no connection with closet.ai.

closet.ai starts from the stores, not from your wardrobe. It shows what Lebanon's stores sell now. It has an optional My closet list, where you scan the tag of something you own to add it, but it does not do virtual try-on and it does not build outfits from photos of you.

Who runs closet.ai?

Taktek, a US company, runs closet.ai. Write to hello@closet.ai. In the app, Me then Help opens WhatsApp to closet.ai's support at +961 81 511 232. closet.ai is independent and not affiliated with the stores it shows, and it is offered in Lebanon only.

What does closet.ai cost?

Bought on the website, plans are paid by card through Stripe, renew each month until you cancel, and you change or cancel them in Me, Plan, Manage plan. A cancelled plan stays on until the month you paid for ends. Two Miranda features, watching a sold-out piece live and Buy it for me, are not ready yet and cannot be used.

Is closet.ai legit?

• It never holds your money for orders. With Miranda, a personal shopper places the order at the store in your name and you pay the store's courier in cash on delivery. closet.ai never takes payment for your orders.
• Your card is not ours. For a plan, the card form is Stripe's. closet.ai never sees or keeps your card number.
• You can leave. In Me, Download my data gives you everything closet.ai holds about you, and Delete account removes it.
• The rules are written down. Read the terms and the privacy page. They say what the shopper is: software, with a person from closet.ai stepping in when needed.
• Limits. Prices and stock refresh once a day, so a piece can sell out before you order. Returns and refunds are handled with the store, under its own policy.

Does closet.ai work in a browser, and is there an iPhone or Android app?

The web app works now at app.closet.ai, on a phone or a computer, with nothing to download. The iPhone and Android apps are coming soon.
