Guide: Shein
Ordering from Shein in Lebanon, and a personal shopper who orders for you
Shein's own shipping page lists Lebanon among seven countries where cash on delivery is available. Shein is not one of the stores on closet.ai.
If you want someone to place and manage the order for you, closet.ai's Miranda plan ($9.99 a month) has a personal shopper who orders from the stores on closet.ai, and you pay the courier in cash on delivery.
Does Shein deliver to Lebanon?
Shein's Arabic site has a shipping information page whose country list includes Lebanon, marked as reachable. The fee and the delivery date show at checkout, so read them before you pay. We did not read a Lebanon-specific fee, free-shipping threshold or delivery time from Shein, and we do not state one.
Can I pay cash on delivery on Shein in Lebanon?
Shein's shipping page marks cash on delivery as available for seven countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. The record for Lebanon is dated 20 Feb 2025; the others are dated 2019. That is Shein's own listing, not a promise for every order: confirm cash on delivery is offered at your checkout before you rely on it.
What if I cannot order from Shein directly?
Lebanese resellers and forwarding services say they will order or ship Shein items for you. They are separate companies with their own fees and terms, which we have not vetted:
- ColisExpat says it receives your Shein purchases and forwards them to your house in Lebanon.
- MK Global offers ordering and shipping for Shein to Lebanon.
- Dazzool offers to order from Shein.com for people in Lebanon.
Read their terms and fees before you send money. closet.ai gets nothing from these links.
Is there a personal shopper in Lebanon who orders for me and I pay cash on delivery?
closet.ai's Miranda plan is one. With Miranda you fill your bag from the stores on closet.ai, tap Order for me and confirm. Your shopper places the order on each store's own website, in your name and to your address, and you pay the store's courier in cash on delivery. closet.ai never takes payment for your orders. The shopper is software, with a person from closet.ai stepping in when needed, and some large or repeated orders wait for a person before they are placed.
- Price: $9.99 a month, paid by card on the website. Andrea ($3.99) and Emily (free) have no personal shopper.
- Which stores: the stores closet.ai lists, such as Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull&Bear, Oysho and Mango. Shein is not one of them.
- Who can use it: Lebanese mobile numbers only (+961), checked once on WhatsApp before your first order.
- Returns: handled with the store, under its own policy.
- Not ready yet: watching a sold-out piece live and Buy it for me.

How we checked
We read Shein's shipping information page with a plain page request on 21 Oct 2026. The country list and the cash-on-delivery flags are in the page's data; we report them as Shein's listing. The Miranda details are from closet.ai's terms and privacy page. We ordered nothing from Shein.
