- Open WhatsApp. closet.ai sends you one message with a link and a six-digit code.
- Tap the link, or type the code in the browser where you asked.
No password, no email. The link and the code work once, for 10 minutes.
How to pick a plan
- Sign in, then open Me and Plan.
- Pick Andrea ($3.99 a month) or Miranda ($9.99 a month).
- Pay with a card on Stripe's page. We never see your card number.
- To change or cancel, open Plan and tap Manage plan.
Questions
Does closet.ai work in my browser?
Yes. Open app.closet.ai on a phone or a computer. It is the same as the iPhone app: the catalog, filters, sizes, the bag, your closet and alerts. Nothing to download.
Do I need an account?
No. Emily, the free plan, needs no account. Your likes and sizes stay in this browser. If you want them saved to your account, so they follow you to another phone or computer, you sign in and pick Andrea or Miranda.
How do I sign in?
Type your Lebanese mobile number. We send you one WhatsApp message with a link and a six-digit code. Tap the link on any device, or type the code in the browser where you asked. The link and the code work once, for 10 minutes. There is no password.
Why only Lebanese mobile numbers?
closet.ai is for Lebanon for now. Your number is how we know it is you, and how a courier reaches you when we order for you.
Can I use my iPhone app account?
Yes. Sign in with the same phone number. The pieces you like, your sizes and your closet are the same on both.
How do I pay?
With a card, in your browser. Andrea is $3.99 a month and Miranda is $9.99 a month. The card form is Stripe's, not ours. We never see your card number. You can change or cancel your plan whenever you like, from the Plan page.
What is in each plan?
Emily is free: Zara, Pull&Bear, Bershka and Stradivarius, search, filters, the bag and Seen together. Andrea adds all the stores on closet.ai, Nigel the stylist, My closet, morning alerts and saving to your account. Miranda adds a personal shopper who orders for you and asks for a store to be added.
What does "Not ready yet" mean?
Watching a piece live and Buy it for me are still being built. They show in Miranda's list so you know they are coming. You cannot use them yet.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. The website works in the browser on any phone, Android too.
Will I get alerts in my browser?
If your browser allows it, yes: a notification when a size you want is back or a price drops. You always see them in the Alerts list too. Alerts are for Andrea and Miranda, once each morning when the stores' new prices are read.
Can I order from the stores on the web?
Yes. For each store, closet.ai opens the piece on the store's own page, and you buy there. With Miranda, a shopper can place the order for you, paid in cash on delivery.
Are you part of the stores?
No. closet.ai is not affiliated with the stores it shows.
